Membership Fee: 

$10,000 – $15,000 annually

Per Visit Option

For individuals who do not require ongoing membership, care may also be structured on a per-visit basis.

  • Initial evaluation: $500–$650 
  • Follow-up visits: $225–$350

All services are provided on a private-pay basis.


Membership fees are typically paid in advance for the selected term. Documentation can be provided for individuals seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
